The state Attorney General is suing the Federal Government over part D of Medicare, which he claims will leave senior citizens without drug coverage, or forces the state to pay the bill.

Missouri has vast quantities of limestone and also lead mines. The state of Missouri has two major airports St. Louis International Airport and Kansas City International Airport. St. Louis is a major port for barge traffic on the Mississippi River.
